Leon, aka Charmeleon, is a physiotherapist who has been practicing calisthenics for more than 5 years. He is passionate about helping people to learn calisthenics to build strength, skills and achieving their dream physiques with minimal injury through his knowledge as a physiotherapist.

Deepak with a diverse fitness journey spanning calisthenics, bodybuilding, and yoga.  Beginning with a passion for bodyweight training, he evolved into a well-rounded trainer with experience as a personal trainer. His exploration into yoga added a holistic dimension to his training philosophy. Deepak now combines his expertise in calisthenics and yoga, aiming to inspire and educate others on the benefits of both disciplines.

Lengye rooted in a blend of pole dancing, weightlifting, and primarily bodyweight training which is Calisthenics makes up 90% of her regimen. Calisthenics has tremendously helped her build the strength necessary to nail complex pole tricks.
